Dr. Baltazar joined Affiliated Dermatology as a resident in July of 2020 after completing a Preliminary Medicine Internship with HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Afterward, he completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific and worked as a Physical Therapist for seven years. After deciding to pursue medicine, he completed his medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon, OR, where he graduated with honors in May of 2019.
Dr. Baltazar enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
